About Libi & Daughters

Our story began centuries ago when a mother taught her daughter how to treat skin and started to create our traditional recipe book. Since then this tradition and later on the family business has been passed through generations of female members of the family, who all were skincare experts or dermatologists. The family’s secret book of formulas still exists and contains unique, effective, nature-inspired skincare formulas of cremes, ointments, tonics, masks and tinctures, which have been applied for over a hundred years and withstood the test of time. In old times the one and only way to treat skin was that a professional examined the skin and the patient, prescribed and created special formulas based on the condition of the patient. The products were hand-prepared specially for the patients by pharmacologists. That meant that each and every ingredient in the formula was there for a reason and there was nothing that the skin did not need and had to fight against. That was the respect for the patient and his skin. Unfortunately today the approach is different. It is more about mass market and money. There is no way that off-the-shelf products can be suitable for everyone. To make them safe for each consumer only a tiny amount of active ingredients is possible in the formulas, not considering substances that the skin has to eliminate to survive. We are bringing back the old tradition of care, cherish and respect to every customer. The tradition of paying attention to every detail, of our holistic approach: perception the body as a whole. Our aim is to offer this revolutionary skincare approach to the general public.
