That's why I’m on a mission... A mission to help hidden potential come alive in organizations. Tim Gallwey captured this dynamic with a powerful equation that became the basis of my work: Performance = Potential – (Inner) Interference You’ll see signs of untapped potential everywhere: “I’ve got top talent on my team, yet we are not progressing.” “Every day someone’s at my desk complaining about something (or someone) that’s not working.” “Our recruitment costs are exploding! Every week someone hands in their resignation.” “When I challenge the team to rethink how we do things, all I hear is: ‘This is just how we do it here.’” “I honestly thought things were going well — until I saw the results of that employee survey…” And I could go on. Dozens of examples. Years ago, I decided to face my own “interferences” in a personal coaching journey. It was tough, but deeply eye-opening. And transformative. Now I want others to feel that shift too. In as many teams and organizations as possible. That's my mission What can I offer you? I don’t come with a pre-baked solution or one-size-fits-all. We do it together, in co-creation. My approach: Sense – Shape – Shift: - Sense – Understanding what is really going on and where the interferences are - Shape – Co-creating what’s really needed: a coaching journey, a workshop, a custom development program… whatever the situation calls for. - Shift – Guiding the actual change, through coaching, facilitation, training, or that one well-timed intervention.
