Here at The Life All-Stars non-profit, we are driven to do our part in making our community a better place. We seek to level the financial playing field for "Striving-to-Thrive" youth in Fort Bend Texas by: 1) Giving them KNOWLEDGE (over time) to make better financial decisions, 2) Building CAPITAL (up-to $600+/participant/year) for 12-14 years of investment and growth for a great head-start at age 18, 3) Giving them a nurturing NETWORK to help them learn about money, practice skills, and ask questions. Our Program: 1) Provides Six (6) Age-Appropriate Financial Education Lessons (per year) for incoming PreK-5th Grade Youth in Fort Bend County Texas, and progress with new lessons until they turn 18 years old, 2) Contributes up to $400+ per participant/year and provides $-for-$ matching (up to $100 per participant/year). Funds are invested in the low-cost Vanguard S&P 500 Large Cap ETF (VOO) Index Fund. Upon reaching the age of majority (Age 18 in Texas), we gift the accumulated amount of the account to the participant to provide for their welfare/needs or further compounded growth & investment. Our Program is provided at no cost to the participants, and we are currently accepting applications for Pre-K thru 5th graders in Fort Bend County, Texas. The UTMA All-Stars is a 501(c)(3) non-profit incorporated in the State of Texas.
