Our vision is that those who join us will lose weight, improve their health, expand their own knowledge, expertise and resilience, and maintain those changes forever, without having to sacrifice their enjoyment of life. Mission: To empower people with the knowledge, understanding and resilience needed to live a healthier life, focussing on long term success for a lifelong positive impact and a permanent change. Values: Positivity – We are advocates of a positive mindset and believe that positivity can inspire change. We aim to ensure that people who join our group leave each session feeling better than they did when they walked through the door. Collaborative – We believe that when we work together, supporting each other and creating communities, we achieve so much more. Life Lived Better doesn’t have people that attend group, we have friends that come to group. Realistic – We think it’s important to be realistic and that applying realism to goals will help to ensure that long term goals can be achieved. Supportive – We believe in helping you to be accountable without ever making you feel like you’ve failed. Everything we do, from the group sessions to the walking club, will be conducted in a supportive and friendly manner. Honesty – We will always be honest with you. Long term change takes time, and all we ask in return is that you are always honest with us. We aim to provide an environment where everyone feels comfortable, with a customer excellence approach at all times.
