About Life Prep Academy
WHO WE ARE Life Prep exists to give families an affordable college prep education that inspires students to reach their full potential in spirit, mind, and body. Our rich tradition of excellence and genuine love and concern for students began in 1999 when the school was planted by Word of Life Church. As a Kindergarten-through-12th grade school that is fully accredited by the state of Kansas Board of Education, there are no limits placed on our graduates with regards to admission into colleges or universities. WHAT WE’RE ABOUT Life Prep Academy seeks to work together with parents to “train up a child in the way he should go…” keeping with each child’s individual gifts and talents. We focus on each student’s relationship with God and with others while maintaining rigorous academic standards. Students are placed at their ability level — not grade level — giving them the opportunity to move ahead in subjects where they excel and providing additional instruction in areas where they need. Our small class sizes provide a more interconnected setting and a better student-to-teacher ratio, both of which foster an exceptional learning environment for our students.
