About Life Skills Academy

life skills coaching Academy aims at empowering the youth, corporate and general public to realize that they are more powerful that they are. My passion (Mr Odhiambo) is to inspire listeners and help them find guidance and purpose in their lives giving talks on a specific topic such as how to balance family and work or spiritual development. I allow individual audience members to take their own lessons from the talk and apply it to their lives in any way they see fit. These talks are meant to inspire people to take their own actions and find new perspectives. I address young people at schools, churches, community centers and other venues to guide the youths toward healthy ambitions and a successful life, and help them to take their place as the generation of the future. Topics include: 1. Reasons to take school seriously 2. The payoff of studying hard 3. The process of finding a calling in life 3. How to interact in a healthy manner with others or how to develop a moral code. The goal is usually to give children some positive guidance and a sense of direction during their formative years, while guiding them to avoid the pitfalls and stumbling blocks of bad decisions, bad luck or lack of motivation. I also provide guidance and encouragement to business teams at any level, from front-line salespeople to executive directors and entire staffs. My expertise and experience in business helps me share my means of attaining success. In this setting, I provides leadership and unity, guiding members of the business team toward enthusiasm and a common purpose. I also provide hope to lower-level workers that hard work pays off, often through their personal experience of rising through the ranks.
