About Life Unscripted Consulting

The name “Life Unscripted” is inspired by Eric Berne’s concept of taking control of our personal ‘life script’ - a method of discovering, relearning and modifying the decisions made unconsciously during our early years which have thus far dictated how our life is to be lived. While some traits of the inherent life script are positive anchors, others emerge as defenses and often work against our own development as individuals, teams and collective communities. “Life Unscripted” also corresponds to the flair and spirited nature of spontaneous improv theatre which is applied in action. The design of the Life Unscripted logo subtly but assuredly challenges the status quo and pushes upwards the quest for learning and curiosity. The two colors blend in, and yet are distinguished in their identities and therefore in their purpose. Life Unscripted ( LifeU) LifeU, is a management consulting set-up, which at its core, uses the power of applied theatre as a tool for creating awareness and change. LifeU offers workshops and programs for Human Resources and organisation-wide awareness, learning and development training, as well as other organisational development interventions. These programs are conducted in combination with socially responsible communication and brand story narratives. LifeU is based out of Banglore, India and Delft, Netherlands and operates across multiple geographies.
