About LifeChangers

LifeChangers, Inc. was born out of a simple need. The need to reduce the rate of incarceration and recidivism. We are excited to work with all people – young and old, with a criminal record or not. Our goal is to fuel this mission, starting with high school students who seek what we offer. What does LifeChangers offer? Our Workforce Readiness Workshop is a 4-hr workshop. During this workshop, participants learn the skills needed to enter the workforce. We believe this is a critical first step to empower people to not just survive but thrive. We provide support and follow-up to ensure participants are well on their way to a positive and successful future. Statistics show that when people can earn a decent way and comfortably support their family, they are less likely to engage in illegal activities. We also work with felons and ex-offenders to keep them from returning to a life of crime. We provide them the same resources a support available to every participant of our workshop. LifeChangers is determined to be a driving force in keeping our young men and women out of the penal system. We will continue to work with them to paint a brighter and bigger picture for their future. Our Mission Our mission is to teach at-risk youth and young ex-offenders the necessary skills to locate, secure and maintain gainful employment, Our goal is to have a positive impact on the economic stability in the communities in which we serve. Our Vision The vision of LifeChangers, Inc., is to provide the programs, services and training that will reduce the rate of recidivism by 80% by the year 2042. We have a great team of people who understand and support our mission in various roles. We are always looking to increase our impact by bringing on additional like-hearted people.
