LifeCycle Counselling & Psychotherapy Services A team of psychotherapists and counsellors that take pride in listening to your needs and tailoring treatment to that which works best for you. We provide services to help you manage and navigate your everyday challenges, as well as offer treatment for more challenging situations and life transitions. At LifeCycle Counselling we recognize how difficult it is to take the first step towards therapy, speak about your difficulties and explore uncomfortable emotions. Many of our team members have extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of issues and are familiar with various therapeutic modalities. We strive to provide services grounded in evidence-based approaches. We are a diverse group of therapists, who come from various cultural and religious backgrounds. Many of us have shared our own mental health challenges and obstacles, and for that reason, we integrate culturally sensitive therapy and bias-free language into our everyday approaches in order to best understand you, your background, your ethnicity, and belief system. We respect differences, opinions, values, and attitudes. Culture influences how we understand health and healing, and we get that! Allow us to join you on this journey and work collaboratively with you as you rediscover yourself and move towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. We provide safe and confidential services in person and online.
