It will also notify their support network, Mental Health team, and or Chain of Command Leadership depending on the type of individual they are and their settings. This will lighten the burden, improve the image of, and increase efficacy and efficiency of those charged with caring for our warriors. It will also strengthen the trust and bond between these individuals and those they responsible for.
