Our health prescriptions are not like normal prescriptions, they provide specific, actionable health advice and goals covering health areas including exercise, physical activity, nutrition, stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and the prevention and management of lifestyle health conditions. Our prescriptions couldn't be easier, all you have to do is book an online appointment and complete our online questionnaire, and our prescription will be completed by one of our health experts and sent directly to you. Every prescription is different and tailored to each individual. Many companies incorporate wellbeing programmes, but most achieve low to moderate uptake. We're here to target that, to improve the health of your employees, and to provide insight data to you as a company to support you with your wellbeing strategy.
