About LifePulse ® Corporation
LifePulse ® Corporation is comprised of four divisions. Medical device, Animal Health, Pharmaceuticals and Research. LifePulse ® is bringing the first newly patented PEF (Pulsed Electrical Fields) devices for cellular delivery of therapeutics to both human and animal health. With robust sales in animal health and a clear path through FDA 510K and beyond, LifePulse ® is uniquely positioned to change the landscape of treatment for multiple diseases because of our ability to delivery genes, immunotherapy, vaccines, chemotherapy, DNA, mRNA, and other therapeutics locally at the cellular level, creating systemic responses without the systemic side effects. Truly targeted treatment at a level never before achieved. LifePulse ® medical device division produces PEF devices and two others for the German market. These devices accomplish apheresis removing C-Reactive Protein in Cardiovascular Disease and other inflammatory diseases that raise CRP to lethal levels. Our pharmaceutical division recently filed a PCT patent for a protein called Gelonin. The molecular weight is too large for normal delivery and it can only be used in conjunction with our PEF technology. It is non-toxic until introduced into a cell. There are six other drugs in the pipeline at this time, two of which are in orphan status. All of them benefit from PEF delivery and are primarily targeted for pediatric cancers like Ewings Sarcoma. Our research division is funded by the Joyce Marie Strange Cancer Research Foundation. Names in memory of the founders mother who was a cancer victim in 2011, the mission of the foundation is to research rare disease for therapeutics that can be delivered using PEF. LifePulse ® is on a trajectory for repeated valuation increases by crossing critical milestones in 2025 and 2026.
