Jan Harley-Doyle brings a wealth of experience in primary care management and training to her clients. With a solid background in both the NHS and educational sectors, Jan is dedicated to providing comprehensive consultancy, mentoring, and training services for staff working in general practice. Operating under the LifeStyle Options ® corporate umbrella, Jan’s mission, encapsulated by her strap-line “discovering aptitudes, realising potential,” is to empower individuals and practices to reach their full potential. Jan is also a Londonwide LMC Associate and is the Academic Adviser for their Practice Manager Development Programme. Jan offers support and training primarily to General Practices. After 27 years as the General Manager of a successful inner city practice, Jan opted to leave the security of NHS employment in order to offer targeted support to practices that are struggling with the ever increasing diversity and complexity of workload in primary care. Jan continues to develop her own skillset and brings a plethora of complementary competencies to the table including Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, MotivationaI Interviewing, Stress Management and a full range of Goal/Life Mapping techniques. She passionately believes that ‘lifelong learning’ is vital to maintaining a healthy and balanced life in a world dominated by personal and professional challenges.
