We akin ourselves to a family member that’s a physician who has only your best interests at heart, and is not constrained by insurance or networks. Our wellness center in San Diego focuses on our patients. We want you to know what your health risks are and what choices you have to minimize them. We have assembled an expert team of specialists in health, wellness and preventive medicine to help individuals, families and corporations become fully educated about their personal health and to develop effective skills and strategies to optimize performance. I founded Lifewellness Institute based on the premise that people value a wellness advocate – someone to serve as a trusted medical advisor, health resource, educator, coach, expert, and partner in the science of living a life at the highest level of both wellness and performance. Through a three-step process of assessment, education and life-restyling, we help our patients define realistic health-related goals and develop a “wellness business plan” for success.
