About Lift Beyond Limits

Drs. Mike and Kelly Swann are bringing you 1:1 personalized exercise programming! We are currently providing either 1:1 personal training services or a virtual individualized plan, via the Trainerize app. We each graduated undergrad with a Bachelors in Exercise in Sport Science (Mike from Salisbury University and Kelly from Coastal Carolina University). We met in Physical Therapy school and began dating in the second semester of our first year. After that, the rest is history! We both graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 and have been practicing physical therapists ever since! Our goal is to mesh our knowledge and experience in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning and physical therapy/rehabilitation into programming to best suit your needs and help you lift beyond your limits!
