Light Dental Studios is a multi-location, multi-provider dental practice with 17 (and growing!) locations in the south Puget Sound. Born from a solo dental practice in Puyallup, Washington, we are still privately owned and take pride in our incredible company culture. Over half of the original staff are still here 20 years later, something we feel is due to the pride and empowerment people feel within their work life. The low turnover rate helps us to grow from within and we do not hire outside managers. Our company is 100% managed by people who have built it from the bottom up. We have high caliber, successful doctors both clinically and academically, many graduating dental school as Omicron Kappa Upsilon members. This means they graduated in the top 8% of their class. Our goal is to provide exceptional, affordable, high-quality care to our patients. Expanded hours, specialists, and large infrastructures make it easy for our patients to be seen when they need to be seen and do so affordably.
