About Light Spot Coaching
When I was on maternity leave, I noticed many new mums had been made redundant, had lost their confidence in returning to the world of work, or were struggling adapting to a new experience of mum guilt and work/life balance. I knew I wanted to help them. This is not an issue limited to the new parents I met during maternity leave. The UK workforce pushes out around 54,000 women due to pregnancy or maternity leave. And with the pandemic this number has increased. I help women build their confidence around returning to work and support them with challenges they face whilst juggling parenthood and work.
