Neurodivergent Minds. Stronger Together. Like Minds Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals—especially those with late-diagnosed Autism, ADHD, and related conditions—through peer coaching, education, and systems change. Founded by those with lived experience, we believe that neurodiversity is not a deficit, but a different way of thinking that our world urgently needs. We work at the intersection of mental health, addiction recovery, social systems, and brain science. Our innovative programs help individuals understand their own neurobiology, navigate a world not built for their wiring, and thrive in ways that are sustainable, joyful, and deeply authentic. From peer-led coaching to advocacy, from nutritional support to trauma-informed resources, we offer guidance that is compassionate, practical, and rooted in both research and real life. Like Minds partners with healthcare providers, nonprofits, policymakers, educators, and families to shift the narrative around neurodivergence—from disorder to potential. Together, we're building systems that recognize, include, and uplift those who think differently.
