I’m Lila, a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Workshop Facilitator on a mission to reimagine team happy hours through fun, inclusive, wellness-focused experiences. Through interactive corporate workshops focused on wellness, connection, and delicious drinks and treats, I help teams learn, bond, and feel their best. Whether virtual or in person, my sessions are known for being engaging, accessible, thoughtfully curated, and FUN. My journey began in 2013, when I led my first kombucha brewing workshop at my college’s food co-op. After navigating my own health challenges, I studied holistic nutrition at Bauman College, blending my passion for food, healing, and teaching. In 2016, I facilitated my first corporate kombucha workshop, and everything clicked: I could support wellbeing while creating connective group experiences. Today, I offer a wide range of in-person and virtual workshops that weave together culinary fun, nutrition education, and community-building. My most popular offering—Mocktail Mixology—celebrates the booming zero-proof movement and helps companies build inclusive, health-minded culture through unique experiences.
