Lilli Health is redefining care for PCOS, insulin resistance, and metabolic health by focusing on what’s actually driving the symptoms: insulin. Up to 95% of women with PCOS have elevated insulin levels, yet insulin isn’t even part of the diagnostic criteria or standard treatment guidelines. At Lilli, we believe that has to change. We’re building the first evidence-based platform designed to help people lower and stabilize insulin levels through what we call the Low Insulin Lifestyle™—a sustainable, science-backed approach that addresses the root cause rather than just managing symptoms. Our app combines personalized education, symptom tracking, meal planning, and lifestyle tools to help users take control of their health and finally start to feel like themselves again. We’re not just another period tracker or calorie counter, we’re a companion for real change. Founded by a PhD researcher, registered dietitian, and PCOS patient, Lilli Health is grounded in over a decade of research and lived experience. Our approach is currently being evaluated in multiple clinical trials, including a randomized controlled trial to support FDA clearance of the Lilli App as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)—which would make it one of the first regulated digital tools specifically for PCOS and insulin resistance. Our mission is simple: to give people the answers, tools, and support they’ve been missing, and to change the standard of care for millions living with insulin resistance.
