How We Started: This company was founded by Stacey, a strategic operator with over 15 years of experience leading her own ventures, supporting nonprofits, and coaching entrepreneurs through inflection points. From launching Utica NY’s first co-working space and directing MVCC’s thINCubator to restoring historic homes and building ethical brands — she’s worked at the intersection of creativity, community, and systems thinking. On the first day of class, she would sit in the “T-zone” — front and center — and challenge herself to speak up once and introduce herself to a peer on day one. That quiet discipline — engaging with intention, and setting a tone of accountability — shaped how she leads and supports others today.
