A team of specialists dedicated to QUALITY IN MEAT SEPARATION. Set up in 1981, LIMA is specialized in the design, manufacturing and sales of MEAT-BONE SEPARATORS, DEBONERS and DESINEWERS, corresponding to the highest EU-USA Quality Standards, with the vision of becoming the world leader in this field. Thanks to dynamism in innovation, a complete range of machines, internationally patented has been developed. Based on his technological expertise and experience, LIMA offers also complete production lines. In spring 1999, LIMA moved to a new factory modernly equipped with an inhouse laboratory to allow customers to test their own products. A team of representatives and associated companies, markets and services the separators, in more than 100 countries on 5 continents. Our mission is to satisfy our customers in terms of quality of recovered meat in involving the minimum inputs - energy - water - with respect to the environment and friendly operation concept. LIMA participate directly ( IFFA Frankfurt, IPA Paris, VIV Utrecht, IPE Atlanta, VIV Bangkok, VIV Turkey shows,...) or indirectly jointly on our distributors stand, each year at 27 to 35 different international exhibitions. More than 90 % are exported worldwide, making LIMAâs technology one of the world leaders in this field.
