About Lima srl

LIMA stands as an intermediary between those who market the raw material and those who need articles in plastic and thermoplastic material, manufacturing both standard and custom made components by turning machining, milling, sawing, drilling and grinding. We are direct manufacturers of components in various plastic materials such as PTFE, POM, PA6, PE, HDPE, PEEK, PP, PCTFE and others. We machine both virgin materials as well as materials filled with glass fibers, carbon graphite, MoS2 etc. Our production unit is equipped with a state-of-the-art fleet of machines, including lathes and CNC machining centers and a metric room equipped with optical, laser and 3D for dimensional control. Lima is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 (since 2002) and UNI EN ISO 140001 (2013). Our short-term goal is obtaining certification according to OHSAS 18001 and UNI CEI EN ISO 50001. Flexibility is absolutely one of the things that set us apart and it is the added value that has rewarded us over the years. Thanks to an extensive stock of semi-finished products, we can quickly respond to urgent requests for delivery. We have no minimum order quantities and we can handle small or large productions, also in series. Thanks to a close collaboration with leading manufacturers of semi-finished plastics, we can study tailor-made solutions and improvements for special applications. Lima has a high-tech tracking system that, with the aid of two-dimensional barcodes and high integration with our computer system, allows us to ensure a complete traceability of our products.
