Workers receive pay weekly over the app - minus all the necessary HMRC/pension deductions. For venues, limber provides access to a new generation of staff who are starting to say no to traditional employment. The two-way limber rating system ensures quality control. Moreover, at the core of limber’s app is the ability for workers and hirers to build and maintain relationships with each other. So, businesses on limber can attract and retain happy, engaged and quality staff without compromising consistency. We believe businesses work better when staff and management are happy to be there. The limber app and platform empower workers to take back the freedoms denied them by zero hour contracts, unfulfilling venues, and unreasonable rotas so they can live their best lives. The balance of employer power and mechanics of finding shift work are broken. They work for neither the worker nor the hirer. Today’s staff value flexibility and variety and so, traditional employment are becoming outdated.
