After working in remote and rural schools as a Special Education teacher and executive, Eisha recognised the lack of access to behaviour support and services for families of children with special needs in these locations. Lime Rainbow was born to assist families and their support teams to gain access to special needs behaviour services to address the situation with a focus to work with those in remote and rural areas of Australia. As ardent supporters of Disability, Diversity and Inclusion, Eisha and the Lime Rainbow team work with children of various needs such as autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, anger and other behaviours, assisting their ability to thrive in home, school and social environments
