Lime Tree Properties is a professional company providing high-quality workmanship; primarily in Lancaster, Morecambe and surrounding areas; (although we do regularly travel as far afield as Blackpool, Preston and North as far as Kendal and South Lakes). Our friendly team take great pride in delivering first-class customer service in every job that we undertake. Established in 2015 Lime Tree Properties has grown from being just one man to the experienced team that we are now, able to deliver a comprehensive property maintenance service. Darren formed the company in 2015 after relocating to Lancashire. Darren came from a management background and brought experience in commercial refurbishment and new build projects from various different roles. Prior to starting Lime Tree Properties Darren also worked in the property development team for a large housing association. As part of the relocation, one of his first projects was the refurbishment of his own family home in Halton. We quickly realised that there was a demand in the market place for a company that could provide several different property services under one umbrella. Following on the back of four strong years of growth and recruitment of more experienced members to the team we are now able to offer a wrap-around service which can involve everything from diagnosis of problems to solution and delivery. We are a very polite and trustworthy team and we love what we do. We are happy to arrange home or site visits and provide both advice and a free no-obligation quote.
