LimeCulture is a leading national sexual violence and safeguarding organisation, recognised nationally and internationally for our commitment to creating safer cultures. Our proven track record includes undertaking independent reviews, needs assessments, evaluations and (re)designing organisational approaches to safeguarding and sexual violence. We have significant experience of directly engaging with victims and survivors, who we approach with the utmost sensitivity, empathy, and respect for confidentiality. Our team is trained in trauma-informed methodologies, creating safe and supportive environments that prioritise well-being and dignity. In response to growing demand from organisations, we have recognised the urgent need to address cases of sexual misconduct within workplaces. We can support employers in creating and embedding safer cultures, assisting them in fulfilling their duty of care towards employees.
