Hi. I'm Dr. Kelly Limes-Taylor, founder of Limes-Taylor Consulting & Advising (LTCA). I do my freelancing through this small business, offering project- and package-based consulting, advising, environmental advocacy, and education services using the lenses of authenticity and self-leadership. Through authenticity and self-leadership consulting, I talk clients through challenges by focusing on their fundamental and personal truths, needs, and understandings. Through authenticity and self-leadership advising, I give clients situational advice based on my personal and professional truths and wisdom practices. Through authenticity and self-leadership education, I share my thoughts with others, particularly when it comes to current events and how history relates to them. Through environmental advocacy, I engage with individuals and organizations with the understanding that nature has fundamental rights to be honored. My personal and professional experiences have taught me that the ability to live authentically and to calmly lead the self -- which come from a combination of self-awareness, self-knowledge, and aligned action -- are extremely important, particularly during these times. Awareness, knowledge, and aligned action regarding the surrounding natural environment are equally important. So, using traditional and non-traditional methodologies, LTCA offers consulting, advising, environmental advocacy, and education services -- through the lenses of authenticity and self-leadership -- to individuals and organizations.
