We're not interested in seeing our patrons for years and years - we want our clients to get better quickly, and get on with their lives, feeling better, and able to accomplish their goals. Therapists at Limestone Clinic are all licensed mental health professionals or students-in-training, including psychotherapists, social workers, and psychologists - all of whom and geared to provide traditional and time-proven talk-based therapy services that work. We are well known for our compassionate and results-driven work with individuals experiencing problems related to depression and anxiety, as well as first-responders, military veterans, and medical practitioners who have experienced trauma in their work and/or burnout. Our therapists are all well-versed in Cognitive Behavioural approaches, which is the most requested type of therapy, but we recognize that each individual needs to be well-understood and feel comfortable with their therapists before the magic that changes problems into growth really happens. We take the time needed to really get to know our patrons, so that we can treat them as quickly and effectively as possible. Limestone Clinic is a "work family" type of environment for staff, who can expect to experience support, encouragement, and professional growth in their time with us. We take care of a lot of the administrative and business-y details, so that our staff can focus on what they are best at and what they love the most - connecting with and serving our patrons, and helping to heal our community.
