About Lin-Mar Motors
LIN-MAR MOTORS, INC. was founded by Wally Lundin in 1958. The full service auto repair and towing business was located at the corner of Lincoln and Marmora in Morton Grove. Wally's son, Ron, purchased the business in 1992 and the following year expanded the business with the acquisition of Eckhart Glass & Upholstery. The business continued to grow and in 2003 moved into its new, larger location at 7860 N. Lehigh Avenue in Morton Grove. Ron has continued to add state of the art equipment, necessary to keep pace with changing auto technologies. Technicians are certified by ASE and I-CAR. Tow drivers are trained and certified by WreckMaster, a leading industry training consultant.
