About Lincoln Real Estate
Lincoln Real Estate is a family run business who specializes in personal attention and maintenance. Whether you're looking to open up a business (Hadley or Amherst) or rent an apartment (Amherst or Northampton) we can help you! Our buildings in the center of Amherst are mainly mixed use, with a blend of student housing, restaurants, bars, night clubs, retail and professional offices. Our Hadley real estate is all commercial condominiums at this time and we also have a large residential property in Northampton MA within a five minute walk to downtown. We have an office at 25 N. Pleasant street in Amherst MA. Our staff consists of two owners: Kathryn Chiavaroli and Peter Grandonico as well as our office manager. We have a 24 HR answering service in case of emergencies so all of our tenants can feel at ease to know that someone will always pick up the phone when needed. History: Established in the early 1900's Lincoln Real Estate is one of the oldest, if not the oldest Real Estate company in Amherst MA. Lincoln Real Estate manages only its own properties in Hampshire County (Amherst, Northampton, Hadley). Our father Peter Grandonico became the sole proprietor approximately 50 years ago. Peter Grandonico Jr. and Kathryn Chiavaroli (siblings) now run the company. Lincoln Real Estate's attention to maintenance is second to none. We try to provide apartments and commercial real estate in great condition and maintain it throughout the year. Residential tenants can easily visit our website during their tenancy and submit a free maintenance request which we will cure as soon as possible to help maintain our apartments as well the happiness of our tenants. We have been a destination for both student rentals and non student rentals for decades. We encourage new ideas with our commercial real estate; always trying to create a great commercial mix in Amherst and Hadley MA.
