The Lincoln Road Business Improvement District (LRBID) is a privately led organization dedicated to enhancing and supporting Miami Beach’s iconic pedestrian promenade, home to more than 200 restaurants, cafés, shops, art galleries and more. Spanning a mile from Washington Avenue to Alton Road in the heart of South Beach, Lincoln Road is the region’s most-visited outdoor district, attracting over 10 million annual local, national and international guests. Designed by renowned architect Morris Lapidus, famed for Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels, Lincoln Road’s distinctive style has positioned it as one of South Florida’s most vibrant and culturally significant destinations. The Road was recognized in 2011 with inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. Lincoln Road offers a dynamic retail mix, featuring some of the world’s most popular brands, such as Apple, Nike, Hoka, Zara, H&M, Mango, Anthropologie and more, as well as local, eclectic shops. Its vibrant dining scene includes world-class restaurants like Mila, as well as beloved neighborhood spots such as Issabella’s, Rosinella, and Rosetta Bakery. Always evolving, Lincoln Road is surrounded by luxury hotels like The Ritz-Carlton, Loews and Citizen M, with the Thompson South Beach set to open in 2025.
