In 1994, Lindleys merged with, David Johnstone & Co, which originated in the 1890s, to form Lindley Johnstone Solicitors Limited. In 1996 Lindleys incorporated Stevens & Co and started trading as a limited company. Perceiving a need for a ‘city’ approach to ‘country’ matters, Lindleys opened its Clevedon office in 2000. Today, the firm continues to grow and recently appointed its fourth Director in 2011.
