Pennie and Jon began their careers in the early nineties after graduating from Virginia Tech. After years of working the urban environments of Fredericksburg and Arlington, Virginia, they left the “big city” to reconnect with their roots in the Shenandoah Valley. Since 2002, the company has provided architectural, structural, and civil engineering services in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Haiti. In Virginia, Lineage has worked in the counties of Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Rockbridge, Albemarle, and Nelson, and in the incorporated cities and towns of Bridgewater, Staunton, Harrisonburg, Winchester, Charlottesville, Strasburg, and Scottsville.
