The problem is that some members of your workforce aren't able to dedicate time to improving their English communication. When language barriers exist for your team, it makes them feel insecure about sharing ideas and limits their ability to fully contribute to the overall success of the organization. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to become fully self-expressed and empowered to thrive at work and in life. That's why we created an English Language Training program specially designed for adult learners in work settings. Here's How: We start by conducting both written and spoken English level assessments (online). The cost for assessments is $10 per person, which is reimbursed should choose to use our services. We then group your team members into classes of 6-8, or offer 1-on-1 training, based on their current English level and work schedule. A Lingo Learn teacher meets with the groups twice per week for 1.5 hours each class, over a period of 15 weeks. Students practice speaking and reading with each other and get to use our technology to hear themselves speak - our AI Voice recognition software.
