At Linimatic A/S we are specialists within die casted zinc. We are actually the leading and largest dedicated zinc die caster in Denmark, founded in 1967. We are with you for the entire process from idea to the finished product no matter if you need small or large quantities or which kind of surface coating you want. 𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 - We differ from other zinc die casters by not only being competitive in industrial production, but also specializing in Zinc casting of design products where very high quality and finish are required. In short, we are considered the best for the hardest. You can use us in the entire development process from idea and dialogue to production and delivery of the finished products with or without surface treatment. 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. - Our factory is built in 2001 and the production is optimized for die casting of zinc parts in many varieties. We develop and design casting tools based on computer analysis. The die casted zinc products are typically produced in series ranging from 1.000 to 500.000 pcs. pr. year. Casting of all variants of cast parts takes place in casting cells equipped with robots to ensure the uniformity of the quality in the casting. This also helps us in our efforts to have a minimum of operator involvement in the process. Quality is the core of Great Design. That is why we continuously work to improve our quality at Linimatic – in our organization, at our sub suppliers, in our cooperation with customers and at delivery of the products. One of our core competencies is our unique quality in surface coated products, where we assure delivery of the exact specified cosmetic quality every time.
