Link2Staff has been developed by leading and award winning ‘employment business’ entrepreneur, Lee Elizabeth Thomas. With 25 years experience providing staff she felt it was time for the buyer and not the agency to take control of the booking process. Much like booking a flight or hotel direct; or ordering from Amazon or Ebay, Link2Staff makes booking staff easy! Link2Staff asks all the questions and allows you to purchase exactly what you want, when you want and at the price you want. Developed and coded from scratch every angle has been covered to allow the buyer to set up a profile, create templates, post a job, view suitable candidates, take payments and pay the staff. Staff have the facility to update their profiles, availability dates, view and accept relevant jobs and collect payment. Booking and finding work needs to change, clients are looking for value and choice and Link2Staff has been developed taking all this into consideration. Changing peoples behaviours on how they book staff is the biggest challenge but much like other purchase we make where price is sensitive, Link2Staff is the future and it’s time to embrace it!
