• Linprop Realty is a family-owned estate agency founded in 1992 by Eduard van der Linde. • The company’s original focus was on industrial and commercial sales and rentals, but shifted to residential sales in Linden and the surrounding areas after Daleen van der Linde joined the business in 1996. • Eduard has since started a town planning practice: Eduard van der Linde and Associates, but maintains his involvement in the business in an advisory capacity. • In 2007 Carina van der Linde joined her parents’ business to manage and expand the - then small - rental portfolio.
