LION HEART HOT YOGA HULL is the first dedicated Hot Yoga and Bikram Yoga studio in Hull, East Yorkshire. Created by an amazing team of local Yorkshire lads and lasses with several years of experience and knowledge of Hot Yoga Studios – made to appeal to everybody – from those with a regular yoga practice to those yoga sceptics who think yoga isn’t for them! We will bridge the gap between yoga and those that have pre-conceived ideas that yoga is about chanting, putting your leg behind your head and strange Sanskrit words or those that think they’re just too stiff for yoga. We offer you a relaxed atmosphere, a warm, calm, clean space to practice and meditate. A place where you will leave the world behind you as you enter and feel re-energized when you leave. The studio offers a bright, airy space; a large reception area including a Yoga Boutique; shoe rack, male and female changing rooms, with showers facilities, hairdryers, make-up benches and complementary organic shower gels. We also have a large comfortable seating area where you can have a drink of complimentary herbal tea and relax after class while reading one of our books! Yoga mats, yoga towels and shower towels are available to hire for just £1 each just in case you don’t have one or forget them! We also sell a large range of Yorkshire made technical clothing.
