Gain self-awareness through an in-depth exploration of your career and current performance with a focus on identifying your purpose, optimal culture, and role. Two-month baseline engagement at a weekly cadence, plus intra-session availability. Culture Advisory: We guide leaders and teams toward building cohesive, clear and consistent organizational culture. Discover and articulate the values, behaviors, and norms that will clarify organizational context, and help drive productive, sustainable growth. Custom engagement to meet unique needs of the C-level leader and team. We hold-up a mirror, investigate narratives, and identify current blind spots.
