About LipCo Foods
We have been present on the market for more than 30 years. In 1993, Henryk Lipka founded SuperDrob, which has consistently built a leading position in poultry farming and processing. Thanks to vertical integration, field-to-fork philosophy, we are the largest convenience producer in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. In 2015, SuperDrob established a partnership with Thai food group CPF, which strengthened our position in the international market. In Poland we co-founded CPF Poland, in which the Lipka family has a majority stake. CPF Poland has become an incubator for companies realizing the multifood vision of César Lipka, who took over the business reins from his father. We are present in many segments, including ready meals, fish and seafood, plant-based food, dog and cat food. We are building a beverage brand, as well as Asian ready meals, which will be created in cooperation with Taiwanese category leader Chimei. We are also developing a portfolio of paniers and functional mixes. From one poultry plant, the company has grown to more than a dozen. We came to the point where we thought it made sense to include in one family, under one name and logo, all of our brands, but also future ideas that have long since gone beyond poultry farming and processing. This is how the umbrella brand LipCo Foods was created, whose name unites the Lipka family, as well as the characteristics of running a responsible business - Cooperation (cooperation), Commitment (commitment), Company (company).
