About Lisman Holdings

Lisman Holdings Inc. (LHI) is an operating company focused on three, strategic platform companies; Penco Medical (accessories for medical mobility products), NEPA Market (online retailer utilizing the Amazon FBA and eBay platforms plus the NEPA Market web site), and Lisman Business Strategies (advisory service specializing in general management, operations, distribution strategies, product costing and margin expansion for startups and small to mid-size businesses). In 2015 Lisman Holdings made the decision to withdraw from many small ventures where LHI was not a majority owner to focus on businesses that make up today's strategic platform companies. This decision has provided the focus and criteria for evaluating future opportunities. Several legacy businesses remain in the LHI portfolio since LHI is either an equal partner in the venture or the manager of the business. Future ventures and investments are evaluated on the opportunity to integrate the product or service into the LHI platform companies, the potential to create a viable, successful standalone company that could evolve into a platform company and/or the available ownership percentage available to LHI.
