Corporate Governance and Internal Control Our advisory team supports clients in corporate governance framework setup, risk assessment and internal control policy review by providing outsourcing services on internal audit functions and review of ongoing compliance and controls under the requirements of listing rules. Moreover, we also assist pre-IPO clients and sponsors in performing internal control review under listing rule Practice Note 21 during their IPO exercise.
