Unlike Zillow, we don’t use your listings to promote other agents, compete with you, or take your clients. We’re built on trust, and we won’t change our model to undermine agents—ask us how. No paywalls, membership fees, or per-home charges. Agents and consumers can join and post homes for free in under 10 minutes. Searching is also free—no logins required. Buyer agent commissions can be displayed openly, unlike on MLS or Zillow. ListFriendly.com is perfect for homes that aren’t selling. Use our home-posts with flyers, signs, emails, texts, social media, and ads. Buyer agent commissions attract interest—let everyone know. Unlike Zillow and MLS, we allow commission advertising. Your ListFriendly home-post can replace a website. We don’t redirect visitors, so share your ListFriendly URL anywhere that permits commission info—just not on Zillow or IDX-based sites. For investors and business partners, we’re not monetized yet, but when we are, it won’t be at agents’ expense. Our future revenue will come from: 1. Advertising advertising partner businesses supporting real estate on ListFriendly.com; businesses such as photographers, staging companies, attorneys, escrows, title companies, and etc. 2. Selling Meta feed advertising, specializing in advertising commissions in special ad categories. 3. A limited release of online agreements is planned, agreements which anyone can use in tandem with our online process to offer buyers agents a commission, replacing the now discarded Blanket General Contractual Offer agents used to use to split fees via their MLS. 4.
