Lites on West is a “manufacturer’s partner” specializing in architectural lighting fixture solutions. We are not a manufacturer’s representative, nor are a we lighting distributor in a singular definition. Lites on West has assembled and works with a select group of high quality, innovative lighting manufacturers from around the globe to provide architects, interior architects, and lighting designers with both standard and project-unique lighting fixtures. It is a collaborative effort bringing the best of manufacturing, engineering, and design capabilities with proven industry and project expertise together with the design community’s need for innovative products. With over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry, our founder Gadi Benyaacov recognized the market need in 2005 to shift from being a “distributor” of fixtures/fittings. More of Lites on West business was taking on a consultative, collaborative, project-specific/solution-oriented model. In 2009, Lites on West shifted with these opportunities and has become a direct partner with our factories. This partnership has afforded unique opportunities for product development with both the factory and the design community. Lites on West fully embraces the concept that “Light is a material for Architecture”. The Lites on West organization works on projects both domestically and internationally. We have experience and expertise not only in architectural lighting but also in interior construction and architectural material fabrication and application in several diverse markets.
