“LLM” is a consulting and forensic accounting firm providing litigation, liability and insurance claim consulting to clients across North America. LLM was founded on a primary principal: To provide superior service and more efficient solutions to our clients at comparably lower rates. Prior to founding LLM, Jim Paskell was a Director at Navigant Consulting. In 2008, he founded LLM, an Ohio firm providing that same brand of professional services to clients around the country. He founded the firm to provide clients an alternative to the big national consulting firms -- a smaller firm focused on the basics of client service, value-added billings and personal attention. Our practitioners have significant experience at some of the largest consulting firms in the country, including Navigant, Deloitte, LECG, and KCIC. Our team includes diverse backgrounds in accounting, economics, finance, database development and information management. Combined, our team has over 60 years of experience assisting a variety of clients and their counsel with a wide-range of environmental, insurance, and other litigation and regulatory disputes. However, we have brought the experience and know-how gleaned from our time at those big firms to a structure where we can provide more focused client attention at rates that are 30-50% lower than comparable rates at those firms. We’ve accomplished this by developing an administrative structure that minimizes operating costs, resulting in savings we pass on to clients. This also allows us to provide more personal attention to our clients rather than to firm administration. Despite our size, we are still able to provide the innovative thinking and cutting-edge solutions to our clients’ business challenges through our experience serving hundreds of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises in a variety of industries.
