Our mission is to help Veterans and their families transition successfully to civilian life utilizing the healing power of equine assisted services, wellness programs and community integration. Little Blessings was founded in 2018 by United States Air Force Veteran Jamie Paxton. With a unique 50-week equine assisted therapy program for Veterans, an equine assisted support and development group for spouses, a one-of-a-kind Social Emotional Equine Assisted Learning (SEEAL) Program for military kids ages 4-12, and Occupational Equine Assisted Therapy (OEATs) intensives for teens of military families, there is something here for every member of the Veteran family! Little Blessings is committed to fostering meaningful connections between Veteran families and our incredibly supportive civilian community. Warrior Spotlight, Little Blessings' live Podcast hosted by Jamie herself, streams live on Facebook and YouTube Wednesdays at 7pm EST. You can find past episodes on our Facebook, YouTube channel, Spotify, IHeart, and Amazon Music. Each week features a new guest with a uniquely inspiring story. While Veteran centered, the show's focus on mental health and the power of community extends a universal message, "You are not alone."
