Here at Little Everest we have been developing properties for over 10 years, creating some really exceptional homes whilst utilising our individual abilities to create a business that aims to bring clients a unique experience. We start right at the beginning with sourcing a suitable investment property. Working with our architectural consultant, we can create the design and then help navigate your development through the appropriate planning. When everything is in place, our trusted build team are there ready to transform your plans in to a reality. We specialise in HMO properties but have a wealth of experience in luxury apartments and home renovation projects. With the current housing shortage being experienced nationwide, our luxury HMO’s for young professionals are providing both an important source of homes and a fantastic long term investment. We provide wonderful and happy co-living spaces for individuals who might not yet be ready or able to have a home of their own. At the core of the Little Everest ethos is firstly creating a fantastic investment for all our clients, but equally important is ensuring customer satisfaction throughout that journey.
