LRG was founded by Robert Litton, a staffing professional with 20 years of experience in the industry. Robert was President of Litton Associates, a contingency based healthcare recruiting firm, that focused on servicing hospitals in the southeastern United States from 1987-1998. In 1998, Robert formed Travmed USA, Inc which was recognized as one of the top travel nursing providers to hospitals across the country. While a co-owner of Travmed, Robert was responsible for developing marketing strategies that resulted in over 600 hospital contracts in all 50 states. He also developed recruiting campaigns that recruited over 600 nurses to Travmed. Robert helped direct the sale of Travmed to a major health care staffing company in 2009. Based on experience, expertise and trusted partnerships in the healthcare industry, Robert formed LRG to focus on providing quality Professionals to hospitals and medical groups. With the changing dynamics in healthcare due to healthcare reform, rising costs and the growing need for more primary care professionals, Robert realized a growing demand for a company that truly focuses on filling this need. In 2017, Robert launched the Food Manufacturing Division of LRG to serve companies in the sector. We focus on Middle Management to Plant Management Roles in Production, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Process Controls and Human Resources.
