THE FOUNDERS : Chloé Mouillot : After 4 years of experience in HR communication in a large international advertising group, Chloé Mouillot integrates and participates in the development of a branding consulting agency. From there comes her desire to support companies in their development. In 2006 she joined a Paris executive search firm and developed the media / digital practice. For the past 12 years, she has worked with investment funds and fast-growing companies, accompanying them in setting up their management teams. Violaine Devens-Hertzog : With 15 years of experience in recruitment in France and abroad, Violaine Devens first worked for 10 years in England and Australia where she recruits mainly finance experts. She held management positions for a large international firm. Now a generalist headhunter, she advises SMEs, large groups and subsidiaries of foreign groups in their recruitment strategies and has a strong international network. We handle recruitments from middle level to top management in France et overseas.
